Do you send reminder letters?

Yes.

We may send you a letter on behalf of your doctor to remind you of a test or a service when it falls due. Your doctor may request that we do this routinely for Pap Smears, Blood tests, Annual health checks, Blood pressure reviews, Care plan reviews and some vaccinations.


Please ask reception or your doctor if you would like to receive this service, or if you would prefer not to have a reminder letter sent.

Please keep us informed if you change your address
