Your Personal Health Information

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

Please speak to the Practice Manager if you would like to access your Records.  We are happy to securely transfer your Records to your new GP Practice and we can import your records from a previous GP Practice.

At this practice, we participate in the MyHealth Record program and are happy to assist you.
